As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, KwaZulu-Natal is home to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, the uKhahlamba-Drakensberg Park, and the KwaZulu-Natal Battlefields. These sites highlight the region's rich biodiversity, cultural heritage, and historical significance. Each site offers unique ecological and cultural experiences, contributing to the province's heritage tourism.
