I cannot find any instructions, however, the 59 breaks down like the 1911.
Use Google and search for '1917 Enfield rear sight'. There are a number of websites that can help you with disassembly, etc. Start with www.cruffler.com

That depends entirely on what gun you are trying to clean. Some rifle, pistol, and shotgun barrels come off for cleaning and some are fixed to the receiver and must be cleaned in place. Get disassembly instructions for the gun.
Medicines and cleaning products.
Best left to a trained gunsmith. For normal cleaning, no disassembly is needed.
The Owner's Manual published by S&W does NOT give instructions for disassembly of the magazine, which MAY mean it is not meant to be taken apart. They DO mention cleaning the inside of the magazine by holding down on the follower, and using a swab to clean the inside.

It could be a number of things, but dissaasembly of the breech block and a thorough cleaning should be done first. The extractor spring could be weak. Try the manual link below to follow disassembly instructions. Recommend seeing your local gunsmith if problem persists.
