Its quite confusing but on the map, head to the mermaids grotto and get down into the stalagtite maze. Once you're there, find your way into the tunnel on the map that looks like a large curve. Then you must head towards the 2 small rooms on the map and there will be a white room. On the large flower type thingy (!) is a pearl that you have 2 zoom in on 2 get. hope that helped:)
