They lived around Ontario, Huron, and Erie Lakes.
The Anishinabe (also called Chippewa and Ojibway) lived in the Great Lakes region of North America, and were most concentrated around Lake Superior.
There were actually several Native American tribes that lived around the Great Lakes. A few of the tribes were the Potawatomi, Chippewa, and the Iroquois.
The Ottawa lived near the Great Lakes, specifically Lake Huron. The Huron and Sauk also lived near the Great Lakes, with the Huron near Lake Huron and the Sauk near Lake Michigan.
The Missouria
While the Cheyenne lived near the Great Lakes, they lived in earth lodges. Once they moved to the great plains, they lived in teepees.
