Though there are some variations in sea level the rise is fairly level all round the world. So any low lying coastal lands are at risk. Pacific Island nations like Kiribati and The Maldives may be completely submerged. Countries like Bangladesh have millions of people living on flat coastal plains. Holland's sea walls are at risk and cities like London, Venice, Bangkok and New Orleans will be in danger, even from storm surges (when a high spring tide, or any high tide combines with a storm).
