Well Christians believe as the Book of the Acts of the Apostles, better known as Book of Acts, tells us that it was the Jesus' disciples that first spread the word of Jesus in Jerusalem and Judea. Then persecution of these early believers helped to scatter them to other areas, and they were the ones to carry the message of Jesus from there to the Mediterranean area and beyond.
Of course the Apostle Paul and his co-workers were also very instrumental in carrying the word of Jesus to much of this region as well.
The Psalm looks beyond David to the Messiah. Christians believe this was fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

Thus, it is up to the individual mason to decide his beliefs about Jesus. No doubt many Masons believe in Christ's Holy Spirit, since the majority of Masons profess themselves to be Christians.
It led Rome to extend its interests beyond the Italian peninsula and become a Mediterranean power.
They are separate bodies of water in and beyond the Mediterranean Sea
