Rivers always flow downhill. Given the vast expanse of the ocean, most of the time, if you keep going downhill, even on the slightest of slopes, you will eventually reach the ocean.
There are a few exceptions, though, where rivers end at basins not connected to the ocean. Several rivers once fed into the landlocked Aral sea before they were diverted by human activity. The Okavango river simply spreads out, forming a delta in the Kalahari Desert, where most of the water evaporates.
Most of them eventually
The pronouns that take the place of the noun phrase 'all rivers' are 'they' as a subject, and 'them' as an object in a sentence.Examples:All rivers in our state empty into the ocean. They may join at some point before they get there, but whatever chemicals enter them eventually ends up in the ocean.
delta
The four bodies of water that major rivers empty to are the Pacific Ocean, Artic Ocean, Indian Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. Those or some big lakes.
The Zambesi Rivers flows into the Indian Ocean.
Rivers or Streams
The Mediterranean doesn't "empty" into anything. Rivers flow INTO the Mediterranean, not out of it. It is a SEA, primarily fed by the Atlantic Ocean.
The Yenisey, Lena, and Indigirka rivers all empty into the Arctic Ocean. These rivers primarily flow through Siberia in Russia, draining into the northern seas, including the Kara Sea and the Laptev Sea, which are part of the Arctic Ocean.

ocean
In most cases, eventually. The oceans are the lowest regions of the surface of our planet and collect all the worldwide rainfall, as part of the Earth's hydrologic or water cycle. In some parts of the world, rivers may empty into a lake within the continent. For example, in Australia, numerous rivers eventually empty into lake Eyre, a large salt sink with an elevation of fifteen metres below sea level.
