The Red Sea is not unique in its buoyancy properties; you cannot sink in it primarily due to its high salinity. The increased salt concentration makes the water denser than freshwater, allowing for greater buoyancy. This means that, similar to other saltwater bodies, people and objects are more likely to float. However, it's important to remember that while you may not sink, swimming in such water still requires caution due to currents and other factors.
is either the sea of marmara, the adriactic sea/the dead sea the red sea
Things DO sink in the Red Sea. It is just that the salt content is so high the water tends to be more buoyant.
A sea cannot be be an island !?
The red sea has the best scuba diving in the world because of the sink boats and tanks to build up the reef.
The islands do not float, and cannot sink. Think of the islands as being REALLY tall mountains- that start on the sea floor and go up from there. Part of the mountain is above water.
It sinks. And it gets wet.
