no because humans get their water from rivers or a resource that has fresh water unlike the ocean that has salt water, and fish stuff. so don't worry about that stuff.

and humans are pretty sure almost positive that our resource of water will never dry out. but if ALL water resources dry up then yes we will die because our bodies need water for sure.

If the oceans die, almost certainly nearly all life on this planet will cease to exist. It is believed that some 250 million years ago about 80% of life on the planet died out as a result of anoxic oceans, probably caused by volcanic pollution. An anoxic ocean is basically a dead ocean, one without enough oxygen to support life. Even today, we find sporadic examples of ocean area without oxygen. Dead oceans would bring about massive global starvation.
