This depends on your Local Business rules. At our Command, the request is submitted by the cardholder to the APC with the endorsement of the cardholder's Supervisor.
It depends on the issuing bank. Some banks limit ATM withdrawals to 300 per day per customer.
The Approving Officer (AO) or Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC)
The monthly limit represents the cumulative dollar limit for your purchases in one month. It may be set to any dollar amount equal to or greater than the single purchase limit. Verify both of your limits with your AO or A/OPC.
A cardholder obtains goods and services for personal use. The delivery address is the employee's home, and a third party cannot confirm receipt of materials. The cardholder also advises merchant to split transactions to ensure they do not exceed the cardholder's single purchase limit.
