Yes, the "Do you know your neighbor game" is a fun way to get to know your neighbors better by playing games together.
to Squidward, Spongebob and Patrick are the most annoying neighbors ever
You don't, your insurance covers your home and your neighbors insurance covers their home. If you have a covered property loss, you contact your own insurance company, not your neighbors. Likewise if your neighbor suffers a loss, he contacts his own insurer, not yours. Should the two of you ever have cause to meet in a legal dispute, you both may get to meet the others insurance company through their legal defense teams. Just contact your own insurer, If they determine your neighbor is somehow financially liable for a loss they would know how to subrogate the claim.

nope! but many of it's neighbors were
Not all of them. My neighbor has one and she is the cutest thing ever!!!
Yes, he was my next door neighbor.
No. If you have a witness who will state that the neighbor give you the keys, told you the location of the keys, etc. then his own insurance policy will have to cover the damages. If you are frequently in the neighbors house and know where the keys are located or have ever driven the vehicle in the past with permission, it would be considered 'implied permission' and the neighbor's policy will cover it. If, however, the neighbor does not have collion coverage on his own policy and you damaged his vehicle in this manner, AND you have collision coverage on your own policy, it's most likely YOUR insurance company will cover his damages over your deductible. The insurance company will not get involved in who is responsible for the deductible - you and the neighbor would have to work that out. My suggestion would be to pay the deductible to prevent him from taking you to small claims court.
no, they are just put where ever when they move into your town.
