Read a lot of books, pay attention in school, don't consume as much alcohol(none at all is probably better), get a lot of sleep(your brain will be able to take in information better) and do brain exercises. Soduko is my favourite, but it might not be your thing.
Not significantly so but if you really want to improve your mental capacity I recommend that you look into a guide called The Complete Guide To Genius.
In Japanese, "sudoku" (数独) translates to "single number." It is derived from the characters "数" (suu), meaning "number," and "独" (doku), meaning "single" or "alone." The name reflects the game's objective of filling a grid with numbers so that each row, column, and region contains all the digits without repetition. Sudoku has become a popular puzzle game worldwide, emphasizing logic and problem-solving.
(I believe) you can't purchase games for the nook until they update the software. But, it comes with soduko and chess. The nook has unique screen that does not produce glare (Though it's a little difficult to read in the dark.), and almost looks as if it's turned off. The nook also has a web browser (of the kindle, not sure). But one of the unique features is that you can borrow nookbooks from a library, and lend them to friends.
There are a few things that you can do to keep up healthy brain function and activity. Some are... *Make sure you have enough vitamins and nutrients. B12 is important for brain health, and many people (vegetarians and vegens) tend to lack this. *Protect your head. Wear healmets and try not to hit it too hard. *Exercise your mind. Do a crossword puzzle or word search or brain teaser problem or Soduko problem. Kepp your brain thinking and always learning new things. Try remembering things more, and it will help prevent memory loss in the future.
There are several variations of Sudoku, including classic Sudoku, which features a 9x9 grid with numbers 1-9. Other types include Mini Sudoku, which typically has smaller grids like 4x4 or 6x6; Word Sudoku, where letters replace numbers; and X-Sudoku, where numbers must also lie on the diagonals of the grid. Additionally, there are variations like Killer Sudoku, which incorporates arithmetic constraints, and Jigsaw Sudoku, where the regions are irregular shapes rather than traditional boxes. Each variant offers unique challenges and gameplay experiences.

not based on DNA or carbon tests as a physics buddhist I look at the world as mass energy thus if this was one place not africa or israel then where did homosapiens originat from, there are ancient asian maps well before 600BCE more like 3000BCE so can one explain what was found in real life from experience. By the way the hardon collider is a business their is no higgins particle and if we found it we could not resolve poverty. Infact it was theoretically invented like a soduko puzzle you can't solve just like everything in england just like the theory of evolution we never lived back then but what we can do is take what is hollistic which seems to work just fine like cow's predicting whether patterns? They know, they give us milk.
