yup
Not true.
I have a American Girl Hopscotch Hill 16" Ball Jointed Gwen. It just needed legs and arms tightened. Is in great condition except for that. I sent it to their hospital and they sent it back saying they did not repair old dolls.
I was very disappointed. I got it on ebay for $15, and promised my daughter I would get it fixed. We could not afford a $100 for a doll. There are other places to get them fixed thought but American girl doll could not be bothered. It is such a waste they are better dolls being all plastic/rubber instead of half cloth!
If you have an American girl doll that needs fixing write to them first. Do not waste your time and money by sending it to them without asking if they fix it.
Their site does not say they do not fix "old " dolls or at least did not when I sent it to them. I sent a letter to them complaining about that and their site should say they do not fix all their dolls.
Better yet find someone else that repairs them, locally in a store. Many collectors do repair dolls.
Not sure where you got your information. By the way "yup" is not a word.
Yes, American Girl Doll Cecile was retired. She was part of the Historical Characters line and was introduced in 2011 alongside her friend, Marie-Grace. Cecile was officially retired in 2014, which is common for many American Girl dolls as part of the brand's rotating product offerings.

Any 18" doll clothes will fit an American Girl doll, and any AG doll clothes will fit an 18" doll.
No
I would suggest E-Bay or possibly Amazon.com. On E-Bay, sometimes people sell an AG Doll for more than their original price. And other times, people sell an AG Doll for like $20 or less on E-Bay, too. E-Bay also has people that sell retired AG Dolls and past Girl of the Year Dolls. Retired AG Dolls and Girl of the Year Dolls, you cannot get anywhere else. The AmericanGirl .com website sells them for about $100 a doll.
what is Emmas American girl doll code
I think so.
Samantha Parkington was the most popular retired American Girl Doll. One reason for this is because a movie was made of the doll.
You can purchase used dolls on E bay or Amazon. You can also purchase new dolls or dolls that are retired/archived (historical, old GOTY's) on these sites. Just be careful because if your not ordering directly from American Girl you could be receiving a counterfeit (fake) doll, that's not really American Girl Brand.
