You can´t.
There might be a possibility to make a catapult that trows you around 3m if you visit the building centre, but I suppose either you or the catapult will break.
I study physics and am currently in development of a "relatively" harmless slingshot that should launch a person of 75kg approximately 4-5m and there are already quite a few risks involved. I try to use something not quite as expensive as a bungee cord but I am not sure if that will be possible.
For the household items I am sure that you won´t find anything. Maybe if you had training in making explosives I suppose you could blow pieces of someone up to 50m but I don´t think that´s the goal.
So please, please do yourself and all other people that might think it is a good idea a favor and restrain yourself. If you really want it that badly than try to get a physics or even better mechanics student at a nearby university to work with you. If he is around the 3rd semester or above he should be able to handle the calculations. You probably have to invest at least around 200$+ in this.
Good luck on your quest to find anyone willing to help you.
you make a catapult!
you cant
A catapult is a simple machine that throws items very far. Take a plastic sppon and put a small object on it. Pull back and watch it fly, that's how a catapult works

Potentially yes.
Yes, there are various blueprints and instructions available online for building a mouse trap catapult. These designs typically involve using common household items along with a mouse trap to create a miniature catapult for fun or experimentation purposes. Just be mindful of safety precautions while building and handling the catapult.
