A book titled "Dragons and Beasts" would likely fit under the 590s in the Dewey Decimal System, which covers animals and zoology. Specifically, it may be classified under 591, which focuses on specific topics within the animal kingdom.
Edie Freedman, who designed the first O'Reilly programming books' animal covers, said she was inspired by the weird buzzwords used by UNIX programmers, many of which were the topic of the books. She therefore looked for images of 'Dungeons and Dragons' images, and came across a collection of 19th century animal wood engravings, which she figured would fit the buzzwords. NO, only a FULL GROWN dragon can eat pinky mice. That is IF they will even do it then. Look at the pinky and look at the size of the baby dragon's mouth... do you really think it would fit?
Danimila. Devankavo. Druniplin. Darisarsa. Diobotko. Drallmentank. Decadio.??? I don't think you know what you're talking about. Take it from a real dragon, there are names fit for several dragons, these are just some of my friends/enemies: Darakina (female & evil), Dallania (female & good), Darkrone (male & evil), & Daniero (male & good). I'd like to give my name as an example, but it doesn't fit your requirements. My name's Goldraid, which is why it doesn't fit, it starts with "G", not "D".
Well, the theory dragons currently exist has no proof or evidence or anything to back it up whatsoever. It's just some high school nerds that have watched a couple too many Lord of the Rings movies. However, people think dragons might have USED TO exist, is mostly based on past climates and terrain. They found terrain that would have been in the past suitable for the adaption of the dragons or a creature like dragons. They found some of the areas had climate that is possible for it too. I can't remember, but I may have heard about something that about finding bones that could have fit a creature like a dragon. And the ancient dinosaur a teradactyl isn't far from one. The teradactyl just does not have the ability to breath fire, which is undoubtefully the most far fetched feature of a dragon. Fire would reguarly burn the inside of their throat and mouth. Adaptations to breath fire would have to be tremendous. Scientists also discovered that in order for a dragon to breath fire, they would be very limited in how much and how long. And it would only be able to travel 5-7 feet from their mouth or something like that.
Dragon flies usually come in numbers just before sunset. They fly around rather low to the ground and eat any insect that will fit into their mouth.
