Legos are made by an injection molding machine. First, colored plastic balls are melted down to form the right color. Then they are pumped into a mold for the specific brick needed. After that, they pass by an inspector to look for reject bricks, mis-colored or misshapen bricks will be rejected. Then they are stored away until needed for a Lego set, and they are bagged and closed into their boxes, along with the instructions.
