Ok when figured this out i didn't even want him but now that i have him he's good but anyways you-
- make your whole party level 5s
- make sure that for one of their moves they have double kick (for every single one of them)
-now go to battle towers and select baby tower
-just use double kick on all of there Pokemon even if its not very effective it still is good
- every time you beat this get 6 more level 5s and repeat this proccece
-every time you beat it you get a level 125 baby Pokemon and somtimes its riolu
