Go to the Easy Gym in the early morning (Before 10:00 A.M.) and talk to the female trainer in the northwest of the gym. You can work out by talking to her and train for 165$. You can get around 14 strength each time you work out with her.

If you want an easier and faster way of gaining strength, (But requires Director's Cut) go to Jim's Gym and work out there for 365$. This time you can train with him until evening comes and you can get around 22 strength each time you work out.
