How do you get the car in stick RPG 2?

You have to get 360 or more intelligence in stick RPG and then you go to the car beside you apartment (where you live) and click the car with your mouse and there should be a blue "pop up" and in the bottom left corner of that pop up it should say attempt hot wire and click it. then in should say like you have hot wired the car and click "C" on your keyboard to use it.

Become president then sleep till day 365 look at your messages then press c outside , but maybe you dont need to become president but its better to because you get 5 grand aday :) hope this helps

there is no car in stick rpg 2.true but you can get the hover board which is way cooler
