4. She will take the jacket and give you the purse, you can go to bed once you the purse.
5. The following day go to the Mobster HQ and outside it is Tiffany. You give her back the purse and in exchange you get a watch.
6. Go to the Casino and trade it to jewelry flipper for a ring.
7. Go propose to Tiffany.
PS: Don't forget through the entire thing to get Tiffany's heart you must RAISE YOUR strength the entire time. If she doesn't have the heart that means you need more strength

1. You must Raise your Intelligence to a certain level before talking to Kate.
2. Once you find Kate (StickBucks at the morning) she will have a little heart over her head saying you have a high info smartness.
3. She will ask you to take this textbook over to Kyle. Once you do what Kyle says to take this calculator to Kate at Skye's Bar.
4. Once your their give her the calculator and she will give you her pencil. Then you can go home.
5. The next day go to U of S and she will be complaining that she needs a pencil, you give her the pencil and she will give you a watch.
6. Go to the Casino, and talk to a jewelry flipper he will take the watch and give you a ring
7. Propose to Kate.
Don't forget to raise your intelligence or the heart won't show over Kate's head. IF the heart is NOT showing you have to go study until it does.
Devin
1. Devin is the hardest. You must have a mixture of Charm and Karma (Karma:-250 and Charm:100)
2. She is inside the XXX video store around noon.

4. She will ask you to take this bag to a man in front of the Pawn shop.
5. The dude will ask you to take Devin's switch blade to the club and give it to her there.

7. Meet her at the club and give her the knife. She will ask you to go to Vinnies (Next to the Pawn Shop) to pick up a bag and hands you a card to show them that your *cool*
8. Once you have the package go home to sleep because she left the club.
9. The next day you go to the police station and hand her the package.
10. She will give you a watch.
11. Go to the Casino and find the jewelry flipper and exchange the watch for the ring.
12. Propose to her at the StickBucks in the evening.
Victoria
1. Get the ring by going through any of the previous girls' procedures.

(She is the one with the heart above her head) and she will ask you to deliver a textbook to a kid in the university of stick. Then you rush off to the U of S, which is on the second screen. Go inside and talk to a kid sitting on the couch. He will give you a calculator, and he will guide you to your next destination, and I'm really not in the mood to say anymore.
