First you start by finding the heart and pointing it up. Then, if not already, put the magnet in the lower left hand corrner. Then move the magnet to the lower right hand corrner. After you do that move the magnet slowly to the heart at the top, if you have not been holding the box straight up with the heart at the top you should start over. Once you have reached the heart and it has clicked, move the magnet down about 1/2 to a 3/8 of an inch and it should open!
