To scroll through the prizes, continously press 'Select Prize'. This will scroll through the prizes available. For minor prizes, this will scrool from left to right. For major prizes, this will move clockwise between the 4 rods in the major prize. If a rod's lights are lit up, it is selected. When the lights are on the rod of the prize you desire, press the start/stop button.
