There is an option to pierce your dolls ears. On one side of the paper there is their address. Attach that to front of the box that you want to send your doll in, the rest of the form goes inside. Be sure to send your doll "naked" and she will come back with a hospital gown. Send her out and she will arrive back to your house within 2-4 weeks. Or if you live close to an AG store then you can pierce her ears at the doll hospital.
