Look in the codex and there may be a way that if the squad numbers 5 or more models, one meganob may replace their chopper for a power klaw.
That depends on which army you collect but probably a Tank and some Troops or a Battle Force. arons answer: orks- i would buy a ork boys shoota mob for the orks and then i would get something more heavy to back them up like some tank bustas or lootas and burnas, then finaly get some killa cans. put all the ork boys from black reach in one large mob because they work best in numbers and have those two boys squads leading you force have the nobs behind them and then the killa cans and deff koptas behind them and put the warboss in the squad with the nobs. space marines- get a scout squad (with snipers or normal, snipers are better for long range and normal scouts can be long range or close combat) get a tank or plane thats good at shooting other foot models(ie hundreds of orks like a tank with a heavy 4 weapon on it ) and a command squad. if i were you i would keep your space marines out of close combat because the orks will screw them over especially if they charge. after you have those think more about getting advanced squads like kommandos for the orks or a assault squad for the space marines, if you want to keep your armies even then dont buy loads of stuff for one army, keep it even get an upgrade for the orks then for the space marines dont get all the ork stuff first then the space marine stuff when your done otherwise you would not be able to play them against each other. aron :)
