You can get married at age 3 or 4. As soon as you get married the girl will have a baby ,if it's twins one will go to the husband. Wait 48 hours. Then set the time for 11:59 pm, then wait one minute. You should see the baby in the bed and the parent standing beside it. Wait 3 minutes the parent will leave and then you can name and play with the baby!!! (Check he/she's chart's where it said 1G it now says 2G for 2nd Genaration!!)

For a version 5, here is the growth process:

baby + 1 hour = toddler.

toddler + 48 hours (2 days) = teen.

teen + 48 hours = adult.

adult + 48 hours = now can mate. (They become parents as soon as they mate.)

For you to be able to mate(starting from baby)

it will take you raising your Tama for a total of about 73 hours or 6days and 1hour.

Your Tamagotchi can have a baby when it's an adult-- about 4-6 years old. If you have more than one Tamagotchi, you can connect them together and play games, give presents, or just visit. If your two tamagotchi's are different genders, and you've connected them a lot, a lady will come and present a character of the opposite gender and say, "Love?" and you can select either "yes" or no." If you choose "yes," then fireworks will appear on the screen, music will play, and your Tamagotchi will appear on the screen with an egg. After this, you've already been married and had a baby! Both you and the Tamagotchi you have married will get an egg, it'll hatch in about 24 hours.

Answer: Your Tamagotchi has to be 5-7 years old to get married & have a baby, but mostly it usually has to be a seven year old to have a baby. (It might take a while for you to reach that kind of age.) So, if you reach those ages, and the matchmaker didnt come yet, there are certain times the matchmaker will be coming, so set your time to eiter, 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, or 7:00 PM, and just wait for ONE minute for the matchmaker to come. it doesn't depend on age. It depends if your have an adult tamagotchi and if you wait long enough, someone will knock on your door and there will be another tamagotchi awaiting for you to say yes or no to its proposal.
