Many merchants sell them, but if you go to Seyda Neen, by the Silt Strider port there is a smuggles cave called Addamasartus. Once inside the first area has a woman (I believe) standing by a fire, kill her. Open the door to the next area, there is 2-3 enemies and to the left is a slave pen and to the right is a set of descending stairs. Go down the stairs and there will be a pool of water right in front of you. Enter the pool and swim all the way to the bottom. There will be a skeleton and right next to the skeleton will be a Iron Saber.
It is not made for the PS2

No version of the Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind has been released for PlayStation 2. It was only released for the PC and the X-Box. The PC version is shipped with the Elder Scrolls Construction Set, a tool for editing the game-world. There is no editor available for the X-Box version.
the games where you can play as a lizard man are Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and also Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I don't know if there are any others, but there probably is more.
