The term "air bag" is classified as an open compound word, as it consists of two separate words that work together to convey a single concept. In contrast, a closed compound word combines two words into one (like "notebook"), while a hyphenated compound word connects them with a hyphen (like "mother-in-law"). Therefore, "air bag" maintains its individual word forms.
book-bag, or book bag. it is two words, but it can be one if you use a little slash-y thing.
YEAH -- two -- one on each side
It's one word. It's a compound word made up of two smaller words. An airline (one word) is a company that runs airplanes. An air line (two words) is a flexible tube or hose attached to an air or oxygen source supplying air or oxygen to a person who is ill or under water. Airlines and air lines, of course, are the plural versions.
Hand-Bag has two syllables.
infinitely. I would recommend that you word this question exactly how you read it, so you can get a proper response.
There are lots of ways you could go about proving that, but here is one: Take two identical jars and put them on a scale. They should weight the same. Then, use a vaccum pump to suck the supposed air out of one of the jars. Weight them again (with a sensitive enough scale), and the one with air sucked out will be lighter. Surely proving that something has weight is enough to prove that it exists. Here is another: Open up a zip-lock bag to let the hypothesized air in, seal up the bag, and then try to flatten the bag. Something pushes back, stopping you from flattening it like you could with an empty bag. This something must be the air.
You can either convert one or make one. Problem is weather or not it can hold the weight.
It is used as one word.
