The DSTV decoder connects to a Satellite Dish on the top of your house. That dish receives a digital satellite television (DSTV) signal. Your decoder then decodes this signal and outputs it into your TV.
To clear error BE1 on your DStv, first ensure that your decoder is properly connected to both the power supply and the dish. Check for any loose cables and make sure the satellite dish is correctly aligned. If the issue persists, try rebooting the decoder by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If the error continues, you may need to contact DStv customer support for further assistance.
Unless it is made to do that It can't be done. Some dish boxes will do that.
Buy a satellte dish and decoder from the exchange, then follow the installation directions.

Yes, according to Engadgets.com, all Dish Network customers can connect Xbox Live from their computer, to their Dish Network television.
If you have the correct decoder box, and you know the position in the sky, the sky dish is just a satellite receiver so it can be used to pick up any one that is up there. You may have to change the LMB , I am not sure on that.
You can't watch TV on your 3DS.
Satellite grade coaxial cable. This has a braid and foil sleeve to lower losses from dish to decoder. F plugs are twisted on at each end after trimming.
A Sony PlayStation 2 and a dish receiver are two video and audio sources, and cannot be directly connected to each other. You can plug both into a television that has multiple video and audio inputs, or connect them to a home theater receiver, and then connect that to your TV.
"A Dish Network receiver is connected to a television through something that is called a Coaxial cable, which is usually located on the back of a television."
