There's a leafy Japanese vegetable called Udo, which is sometimes boiled and served in miso soup.
There's also urugula, but that's just alternate spelling for arugula. Lettuce-like vegetable that is high in potassium and vitamin C. Has a strong peppery taste. Commonly served in salads or mixed with pasta.
