A car horn typically makes a loud, honking sound, often described as "beep" or "honk." The sound can vary in pitch and volume depending on the type of horn, but it is generally designed to grab attention and alert others on the road. Some horns may produce a single tone, while others may have a dual-tone sound for added effect.
As far as I know(i'm in band) it is the Tuba.
it says toot probably.
Because you blow with one and you strum the strings on the other. The reverberations of the metal makes the sound in the horn while it is the wood resonating to the strings that makes the sound for the ukulele.
