IN MY OPINION, most people do not have knowledge of this Art, I think "First" to be able to Listen (intently), and then also to communicate in a clear and precise manner. For me this is Communication Art. I for one fail at this art. Communication art is about how you control your feelings onto paper. Also it is to listen, make eye contact and communicate in a precise manner, dont ignore others.
