Germany was lead by Adolf Hitler, who founded the Nazi ideology. Nazi ideology believed that the Germans were superior, dictator (I think),etc. Thus, Hitler wanted to conquer the world and repopulate it with Germans Italy and Japan just wanted to create empires and make their nations superpowers (I think)
