There is a game like it, its called "Arcane", it doesn't have guns, its swords and bows. but otherwise its played exactly like raze.

There is also a game called Armor Mayem. Its a futuristic game 95% like raze. but you have to buy the weapons you pick up and you can carry only 2 guns at once.
