If the spirit does not say goodbye it does not matter as long as you close the portal.
When I finish a Ouija session I end by moving the cursor to the center of the board and moving in a counterclockwise circle 3 times. Then you could finish and affirm the closing of the doorway by saying a chant/blessing such as "I close this session with good intent, may nothing come out may nothing go in. The doorway shut, the portal closed. The spirit may no longer pass, they may only go. So mote it be!"

really the answer to that is it depends on what kind of spirit your dealing with.if you contact a "playful spirt" which are mostly ghosts of children then they may follow you.if you contact a "demon" it's unknown if they will or wont follow you. so its best to stay safe when using on of these boards hope this helps if you need any more info about ghost just ask :)

yes they really can. I would advise against it though. I have myself used it and strange things happend. I would personally never do it ever again. chances are you will get nice spirits if your intentions are good, but if you get a bad spirit that claims its Satan you have trouble on your hands. if the spirit refuses to leave, that's another sign you have trouble. I used it a couple times before and got only one bad spirit. I was also an unbeliever of this type of thing but my friends convinced me to do it. so i did just for giggles. but to my surprise it worked. now i know you probably wont believe me and if you don't believe in this type of stuff you probably just think im kidding...but im not.if you get a good spirit, make sure you ask in non-offensive questions, its best not to anger it. you may also get a nice spirit that says its Satan or says its evil. but sometimes spirits just say things to scare you. because they think its funny. watch for little signs that it is actually an evil sprirt. if you feel awkward or scared around it...tell it to go away in a stern voice. it will most likely leave if its a good spirit. if it refuses to leave. you may have trouble. begin to pray and you may scare it off..if you plan on using it (although i would advise against it) make sure you are very careful, even if you don't believe it in..just be careful.take care...if you plan on using one i read you should make your own. you should read everything from this link What_are_the_rules_of_ouija_boardsYes, However you should not use a Ouija Board, because they can be very dangerous, if you want to use one, dont get the spirits mad, dont ask them silly questions, like "When am i going to die" or anything like that.
