In snooker, you may score points in two ways...potting balls, and collecting points from an opponents foul.

The maximum available points from potting balls is seems to be 147, but with election of free balls could theoretically go higher.

The maximum available points from opponents foul penalty strokes is unlimited.

The answer is 0. You could theoretically pot no balls, but continually hook your opponent until you are so far ahead in points that he concedes.
