It is not a recipe. I myself who own 2 of them, can tell you how to get one.

1. Check the Kinzstyle outlet special item hourly or as often as possible. This is usually the only place to get them unless someone mails it to you

2. Be sure you have enough kinzcash to buy it. They roughly cost 350-400 kinzcash a piece so be careful

Just about 5 minutes ago I went it the Kinstyle Outlet and one of Pollie Jean Collies special was... THE PRINCESS GOWN!!!! It cost 302 kinzcash. It is not a recipe for the clothing machine
