respect
"Regard highly" is better for formal discourse than "look up to".
A person you look up to or regard highly is often referred to as a "role model." This individual typically embodies qualities or achievements that inspire others and serve as a guide for personal development. Other terms that might apply include "mentor," "idol," or "hero," depending on the context and the nature of the admiration.
