The Italian word "troppo", usually used in the phrase "non troppo", not too much. Allegro non troppo, for example.
Excess demand (a seller's market) means the product is in short supply and prices will rise. Excess supply (buyer's market) means too much product as compared to demand and therefore prices will fall.
a little I do not think that there is a single word in English that means, specifically, not too much. "Adequate", "satisfactory", "sufficient" and "enough" mean… enough. "Inadequate", "unsatisfactory" and "insufficient" mean "not enough". At a pinch, you could use "satisfactory". Otherwise… "not too much", "not excessive", "not overdone"… .
