'Morals' are your values, your beliefs about what is right and wrong. 'Ethics' are rules or standards of behaviour -- the rules that you live or work by. 'Virtue' is the will or drive to do what is 'good', or what it is about something that makes it good, and your 'virtues' are the parts of your character that are good or admirable. To have 'integrity' is to stick firmly to what you believe in, to not be hypocritical, to hold yourself to a high and consistent standard. 'Righteousness' is the set of all things that are approved by your God or religion, or the state or condition of being in or having such approval -- the opposite of 'wickedness'. 'Fairness' is when everybody gets what they deserve, or at least as much of what they deserve as everybody else got. 'Wholesome' activities are things that are healthy both physically and mentally -- activities that make you stronger and do no harm. 'Altruism' is doing things because you know they are the right thing to do, not because of any benefit that you might get out of it.
