Fiberglass is a cheap way to do it. If money is not a problem, then "composite materials" is the best due to it's lightness..
A welded chassis would be one unit. A bolted chassis would have cross members that are removable.
The best building material for cabinets would be a hard wood like pine. The pine wood would bring a style to the cabinets and also make them very sturdy.

You can't wear a real building, unless it is made specifically for that purpose. You can, however, wear the image of a building. You would find (or make) clothing made from material with images of a building or decorate clothing with images of a building.
A whole lot more information is needed to answer this question. What are the dimensions of the building? What material would it be built with? What are the internal configurations with dimensions? What material would be used for the foors? Are there any machinery and equipment that would be part of the building, such as central AC, and Elevators? There is no way that the positive battery terminal was ever connected to the chassis. This would be a dead short and would fry the battery. Negative to chassis is correct, but positive to chassis, no way. That positive cable goes somewhere else.
