Should children be sent to hostels?

Not necessarily, but sometimes a child who is really young and small will get mad if it is bedtime or if someone takes their toy/candy. But lots of children with autism get hurt when touched or get very agressive at times. Or a child may get agressive if they have a mental illness or need serious counseling. Everybody gets mad sometimes, but babies, toddlers, and sick/ill children get agressive/mad/scared/sad the most. Mostly ages 0-7 get agressive but older if the have a/an illness(es). They may also get agressive when about to wrestle or have some rough play with someone/something.

School Childern should not be sent to the Hostel.

Primarily, they lose out on the Family Attachment and closeness to homely activities.

Parents are the first people on whom the children depend and rely. A HOSTEL alleviates them from their parental closeness.

it reduces the quality of the time the Parent-child spend together.

A mature adult who looks back at his childhood should have some fond memories of the time he/she spent with their parents. A HOSTEL deprives the student of this pleasure.

Do parents dont have the ability to teach their children the simple habit of being Independent? Is it that necessary that the child stays away from parents to learn independence?

Hostel life breeds distance from family culture. On one side we talk of retaining cultural values. The more the child stays away from home, the more he/she goes away from the family values, culture. These are stepping stones and crucial mile-stones in one's life.

No hostel can provide these values, that Parents provide the best.

History may repeat itself. A child/student brought up in a hostel may tend to do the same with the next generation.

If this cycle goes on, they Family Culture can be at a Threat.
