Actually, you have to take the RER line A (Réseau express régional), one of the five intra-regional train lines.

It is very often crowded and it takes from Paris 45 minutes to get to Disneyland.

The RER A (indicated in red on maps) is one of the most frequented train line in the world. with 1 to 2 million passangers a day.

You could take the Disney bus which is run by a company called VEW or you could take the RER, or the suburban version of the metro or you could get the TGV or fast train or a taxi or minibus.
