Who gives star rating to hotels?

The hotel get their stars according to the things they can give to their guests. Staying in the hotel, a few things that add up. Having a valet parking system , and a swimming pool, are a few example of how the hotels get their stars. Stars are also based on the location, ease of travel, the ambience, the food, the cleanliness, the customer service and availability of business conference rooms and lounges.

Despite searching Google for hours,I have not found a proper answer.It is possible that some auditing company maybe doing so or else as I have seen at times,hotels simply like to credit themselves any star rating of their choice.Trip Adviser does it too and so do all the travel websites,but under whose supervision it is actually done,I am unable to find.

because if there is 5 floors, so it will be 5 stars so that's why, everybody like the number 5 because its like fifthfloor, and fifthstars
