I think so cuz my two Netherland dwarf bunnies keep scrabbling and running around the cage and they don't allow me to touch their neck. I think they have a problem.
I have a himilayan rabbit and a netherland dwarf rabbit and they get on okay!!! And the himilayan is a lot bigger
Yes they can have babies like be a dad to them but no they can not birth them only females can give birth
A Netherland Dwarf is a type of rabbit, which is a dwarf and they can be kept as pets and some in the wild.
most dwarf bunnies don't but if you train hard they can:)
The Netherlands.
about 2 and 1/2 pounds for the smallest breed of rabbit (Netherland Dwarf) and about 8 pounds-10 pounds for the heaviest breed of rabbit (Flemish Giant (I think!))
Netherland bunnies can eat the same foods as other pet rabbits. See the related questions below for info that apply to all pet rabbits (including Netherlands).
I certainly hope there aren't websites that sell rabbits. Rabbits are intelligent creatures that require personal care and attention. It would be cruel to submit a rabbit to the conditions of being sent through the mail. Please consider adopting a rabbit from a rescue or sanctuary as there is a severe rabbit overpopulation problem and buying from breeders or pet stores only worsens the issue.
15 to 30$
i would say personally netherland dwarf- if your looking for an easy rabbit to tame then choose dwarf lop because it is a lot of hard work to tame a netherland dwarf . Netherland dwarfs though are very pretty more pretty then dwarf lops. Netherland dwarfs are able to look after themselves and make sure that they dont get flystrike. Netherland dwarfs are very shy and a bit aggressive. I dont know much about dwarfs lops though sorry but i would suggest you look at a RSPB rabbit book.
any dwarf rabbits such as norwegian dwarf, netherland dwarf, dwarf lop, dutch are slightly larger but smaller than medium sized rabbits, polish rabbits. dont think about... flemish giants, giant rexes. remember there are always exceptions to the rule (meaning that my friends dwarf rabbit is HUGE) and all rabbits are small and cute as babies so think about an adult rabbit (a shelter is a great place to find a loveable bunny in need)
Yes.
