== == * Stranger Things have happened. If you have a coon hound pup and a kitten and raise them together then it's highly possible they will be friends. I have 2 dogs and a cat I call, 'The Three Amigos' and they go everywhere together, play, go camping with us, fishing, etc. Me thinks my cat thinks she's a dog! It goes with the dog, every dog is different. I don't believe that the dogs are house dogs, they are hunting dogs in their heart. * My bear dogs won't even sniff a house cat, but if I hadn't trained them they would have torn the cat apart. -------------------------------------------------------------- My Experience with Walkers and Cats: : They can be compatible. I picked up a stray (probably lost) Walker hound who was about 2 years old. Their natural inclination is to hunt - that means cats, too. We have two house cats, and she paid a little TOO much attention to them at first. We just had to watch her closely for a while, and make it clear that they were not raccoons. If you have a e-collar, giving her a sharp zap when appropriate will get the message across. They're all great pals now - though sometimes the dog likes to play a little rough and I've got to intervene. : Stray cats are another issue - a walker hound (or any hound) WILL go after an unfamiliar cat, especially if the cat runs, as it will be inclined to do. It may kill it if given the opportunity. I've seen it happen, unfortunately.

Nothing - dogs and cats are not genetically compatible.
The Redbone Coonhound is happy, even-tempered and very good with children. It can be surprisingly affectionate and has a pleasant-sounding bark. They love being with their people. If raised indoors from puppyhood, it will adapt well to family life. Coonhounds are all instinctive hunters, and it is not difficult to train the breed to follow scent and tree a quarry. The Redbone has a strong desire to please his master. They are hotter-nosed, able to locate, and faster to tree coons than many other Coonhounds. Like other Coonhounds, the Redbone is alert, quick, and able to work in all types of weather over difficult terrain. Their agility benefits them when hunting in fenced country or steep, rocky ground. With the thrusting grit of a terrier and the pumping stamina of a husky, the Redbone is every hunter's hot-trailed dream come true. A natural treeing instinct has been bred into the Redbone, making them specialists in coon hunting. But they are also proficient in trailing and treeing bear, cougar and bobcat. When used on game, Redbones often hunt in packs. Redbones are known to make excellent water dogs. In the home he is affectionate and kind. The Redbone should be well socialized at an early age and taught simple obedience like walking on a leash. Be careful with cats and other non-canine pets. If raised with a kitten from puppyhood they may be okay but some Redbone Coonhounds try to hunt cats down like raccoons. Some Redbone Coonhounds drool a lot while others do not at all. It all depends on the shape of the lips. The true Coonhound-shaped mouth will drool a lot. The Redbone Coonhound needs a firm, but calm, confident, consistent pack leader in order to be mentally stable.
it all depends on the dog if it has a record of being aggresive with cats then the willl probably never get along but if its good with other animals then its okay but since its a coonhound it probably wont be safe but there might be some tention in the begining but its possible it cam even out later

Not every Tennessee state site claims there is a state dog. I did find a site that claims the Blue Tick Coonhound is Tennesse's State Dog. Which would make sense since the University of Tennessee's mascot is a Blue Tick Coonhound called Smokey. Here's the link... http://www.puppyfind.com/breed/?breed_id=155 . This breed is dear to my heart since I have a BT Coonhound puppy name Daisy :)
all Nintendo games should be compatible with all devices except for the 3ds
Cats in general (house cats, wild cats, lions, tigers, etc.) are famously cross-fertile across species (if members of the cat family are physically compatible ... that is, adult members of the two species are about the same size ... there's a fair chance that they can interbreed), and there are creatures called "vampire bats", but bats are not even in the same biological order as cats (cats are in order Carnivora, bats are in order Chiroptera) and therefore are not at all genetically compatible.
Common reasons why cats may need to be rehomed include allergies, moving to a new home that doesn't allow pets, financial difficulties, changes in the owner's lifestyle, or the cat's behavior not being compatible with the owner's needs.
