Many German cities have an Oktoberfest. Mainly in the south. None last as long as the big one in Munich. Not many would dare to be as expensive either!
In addition to Munich, which is famous for its Oktoberfest, several other German cities host their own versions of the festival. Notable examples include Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt, where local celebrations feature traditional food, beer, and music. Each city often adds its unique flair, making their Oktoberfest events distinct while still celebrating Bavarian culture.

As far as I know, there are no other names for Oktoberfest, that is if you meant the annual festival held in Munich. However, for other versions of Oktoberfest held all over the world, I am sure they make have slightly different names. Otherwise, mostly it is just called Oktoberfest.
In English servers, the "Oktoberfest" consisted on of purchasing temporary pretzels. However, in other languages activities would be hosted.
In Germany one of the customs is Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest happens every year and thousands of people come from other parts of the world to participate.

The original Oktoberfest was held in Munich on October 17, 1810, to honor the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig (who would become KingLudwig I) and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen (after whom the Theresienwiese festival grounds, where Oktoberfest is held, is named.)

Nazism was a German political movement and therefore vast majority of Nazis were German (and/or Austrian once Austria was absorbed by German). Most Nazis therefore lived in Germany and Austria. There were other similar political movements in other countries which are sometimes refered to as "Nazi" but these were on a much smaller scale to the German party.
There are communities and towns all over the US that owe their creation to German immigrants. Farming areas seem to have been blessed by their coming and few towns fail to have an annual Oktoberfest.
