Tibetan Terriers tend to try to find their place in the "pack", so they might pick on the youngest child. My tibetan growls at my younger brother (11) from time to time. But when he is around babies and small children, he is real sweet. They have major problems with adult/teenager strangers- they do sometimes bite.
But don't worry- This could be different depending on how you train them when they are puppies and new to the home. When we first got our dog, my brother wasn't old enough to care for the dog, and gained no respect from him. If you have all of the kids firmly command him, give him his food, etc, he will understand they are above him. Don't let him/her get away with anything, have the little kids scold him. My dog seems to like/respect the people in my family that are the most firm with him.
Good luck

Tibet (north of the Himalayas) as they are called Tibetan Terriers.
The Tibetan Terrier is generally good-natured and friendly around other dogs and pets. This breed can, however, become suspicious, timid or reserved around other animals and people if not socialized enough.
Tibetan Children's Villages was created in 1960.
golden retrievers are great with children and also beagels terriers and pugs
Yes and no. Depends on male and female and where you got them, but normally no there not good with kids.
Yes if you want an active playful dog. Like with all dogs, an adult should be alert and responsible for both the dog and the child's behavior. Fox terriers love children and consider themselves one of the children.
