There is NO average SAT or GPA score to get into UVA. I am a third-year student there and all I can say is to do your best and see how far it takes you. While there is no minimum that determines if you are 'in' or 'out', I will say the average high school GPA for an entering UVA student is over a 4.00 weighted high-school GPA. GOOD LUCK!!
According to the website, the University has no minimum SAT or GPA score, but the average SAT of the last freshman class was 1280-1490 Visit http://www.virginia.edu/undergradadmission/profile.html for more information.
Have decent SAT's score , be invlved in sports and serve for your community then you should be good to go.
Their website shows the average GPA and SAT for admitted applicants.
Average GPA Score as listed in Hotcoursesusa for Western Oregon University is: GPA score: 2.75 Average SAT math score: 470 Average SAT writing score: 470 Average ACT score: 21
Students admitted to Uconn Storrs campus have an average GPA of 3.42 or higher and average SAT of 1192.
I'm not sure about the SAT scores, but im pretty sure a 2.4 GPA is satisfactory. Also I believe the average SAT score is 2300
I'm not sure about UCB, but the average GPA of accepted freshmen for Stanford is around 4.3
The average GPA at Texas Tech is 3.44. If your GPA is at or below the school average of 3.44, you'll need a higher SAT or ACT score to compensate.
no sorry
For UVa, you have an awesome SAT, pat on the back for that, but your GPA, something UVa cares more about than SAT, is not near what they expect (a 4.0). If you have alot of after school activities and leadership positions in those activities, then your chances will increase greatly. For UNC, you have a pretty good sat score.. the minimun is around 1300! The Gpa however...the minimum is usually around 3.5 to 4.0! It's tough, I know! But this is the great thing about Carolina, they cut some people slack if they have really good extra curricular activities. I suggest joining the local dog pound, or helping out the vet, joining an enviro club, one or two language clubs, and recently UNC has been looking for good writers..maybe give that a thought.
According to the Prep Scholar website:The average SAT score composite at Purdue is a 1837 on the old 2400 SAT scale. On the new 1600 SAT, this corresponds to an average SAT score of 1300.
You are elligible to any CSU with a 3.0 or higher. If you have a lower GPA, you are expected to obtain a higher SAT or ACT score. But for the Better CSU schools such as CSUF, CSULB, POLY, and CSULA, the average SAT score for an incoming freshmen would be atleast a 500 on both the critical thinking and the Math portions of the SAT TEST. In conclution, The Higher the GPA, atleast an average or better SAT score. The Lower the GPA, the higher the SAT score must be.
