No. You need to have a "national insurance card" to work and GET PAID at ANY type of shop, you get this 3 months before you 16th birthday, and need this LEGALLY to work, so then if you get paid more than the government knows your getting, you don't get charged more on your tax you have to pay when you work. It'll be Work Experience if you work at any shop before your 16, and as you take your GCSE's (General Certificate of School Education - and you'll be doing more than 1!) when your 15/16, you won't have any grades to show the employer and even at 16 you can expect minimum wage.
