3.2 or higher
It depends on the department.
While there is no specific GPA required for entry into West Chester University, the average is about 3.26. The low accepted in 2013 was 2.00.
I got into the university of Maryland at college park easily and I had a horrible GPA in high school. A 3.4 GPA will certainly get you in that school. I am in the military so I am not sure if that had anything to do with my acceptance into the school since it was listed in the earmyu programs. I think you will do fine getting accepted though, good luck!
In the 1980s, the University of Maryland typically required a GPA of around 2.5 to 3.0 for admission, depending on the specific program and applicant pool. Competitive programs often had higher GPA requirements. Additionally, standardized test scores, such as the SAT, also played a significant role in the admissions process during that time.
When I went to an orientation seminar I heard the average GPA was a 3.5. I had a 3.39 unweighted and I got admitted into the university. Admission is not based solely on GPA. Extra-Curricular activities are an integral part of your admission. There are some rare cases where people get in with low GPA's. One of my friends got in with a 3.0, yet at the same time one of my friends with a 3.5 did not get in. It's not as easy as statistics. Just do your best.
Very low chance.
There are a lot of colleges that will accept a GPA of a 2.3, such as Northern Kentucky University. You will have to meet their benchmarks on the ACT.
Having researched the college's site, it appears that most of the campuses at Maryland University require a minimum of 3.0 accumulated for an applicant to be considered.
